1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to initiate a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Customized or Tailored Sarees
Gift Cards
Accessories like Jewelry and Hairpins

a. Initiate a Return

Provide Details: Share your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Await Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return
instructions.
c. Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, tags, and the original invoice.
Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the Item
Courier Service: Use a reliable courier service to send the package to the return address provided.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective.
4. Refund Policy
a. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.
Approval Notification: We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receiving the return.
b. Processing the Refund
Approved Refunds:
The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
bKash/Nagad/Rocket: Refunds will be credited to your respective mobile financial service account.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Partial Refunds:
In cases where the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
only a partial refund may be granted.
c. Rejected Refunds
If your return is not approved due to violation of our return policy, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
5. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Process: We will arrange for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
Non-Availability: If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or select a different product of equal value.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time:

Post-Dispatch Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Currently, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders shipped outside Bangladesh.
