Track Your Order

b. Shipment Notification

to monitor the status of your shipment.

2. Steps to Track Your Order

a. Via Email or SMS
Open the email or SMS sent to you after your order was shipped.
Locate your Tracking Number in the message.
Click on the provided tracking link or visit the courier’s website to enter the tracking number and get live updates on your order status.
b. Directly on Our Website
Visit the Track Your Order page on our website.
Enter your Order Number and Email Address or Phone Number (as used during checkout).
Click the Track button to view the current status of your order.

3. Order Statuses
When tracking your order, you may see the following statuses:

Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
Out for Delivery: Your package is in transit and will reach you soon.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the address provided.

4. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has been delayed or you cannot locate your tracking information:

Check your email: Ensure you received the shipment notification with the tracking details.
Check your spam/junk folder: Sometimes emails may end up in these folders.
